Packages
These are the packages for stone distributors who run Stone Profits. Each one is a one-time setup plus a monthly fee. The monthly fee covers hosting, daily monitoring, fixes when Stone Profits changes a report or a screen, and a set number of change hours.

Adds the daily work: trucks, pick ups, the showroom and commissions.
Operations with the payables desk: three-way match and payment runs.
Every system, including the AI tools and the owner's financial view.
Go-live time is counted from the day we get access to your Stone Profits and the office computer.

You can start with the hub base and only the systems you want. A package costs roughly half of the same systems bought one by one, so most companies move to a package once they add a third or fourth.

The monthly fee keeps the hub running and keeps it correct. Two words decide what is included.
A bug is something that worked as delivered and stopped, including when Stone Profits changes a screen or a report. Fixed for as long as the monthly fee is active, with no hour count.
A change is when you want something to work differently from what was agreed: a new rule, an extra field, another report. Beyond the included hours it is $125 an hour, quoted before any work starts.
For 30 days after go-live, adjustments to what was delivered do not use your included hours.
The hub is hosted for you, so it is switched off. To come back later: one month's fee to reactivate, plus the hours needed to catch up with what changed in Stone Profits meanwhile.
The same for every package.
Counted from the day the hub goes live. After that it renews month to month; either side can end it with 30 days' notice.
Half when we sign, half on the day the hub goes live.
The monthly fee for six months, billed once, for the price of five.
Billed separately at what the providers charge, with a monthly ceiling we agree on before go-live.
$125 an hour beyond the included change hours. A new tool built for you is quoted as a fixed price first.
Your Stone Profits account and one office computer that stays on during business hours. iPads for drivers and the counter if your package includes them.
Prices are in US dollars, per company location, and are starting prices for proposals sent through December 2026.
